Connected projects.

GitHub is the connected-project provider available today. Customers publish by connecting a project rather than manually uploading files. More providers can be added through the same publishing model as the platform evolves.

Troubleshooting

Common questions.

Do I need to know Linux?

No. HostLuma.app is designed so customers can publish without managing a server.

Do I need cPanel?

No. The customer workflow is the Host Luma portal and connected project publishing.

Do I upload files manually?

No. The intended flow is a connected GitHub project with automatic publishing.

What if my AI-generated site breaks?

If a build fails, the deployment log says why — most AI-generated projects break for the same handful of reasons (missing build command, wrong output folder). Your last successful deploy stays live while you fix it, so a broken push never takes your site down. Host Luma support can help with hosting-side issues over live chat, WhatsApp or email; project code and content remain the customer's responsibility.
