What is Host Luma?
Host Luma is AI-ready website hosting for people who build websites with AI tools and want a simple path from “I built this” to “my website is live”.
Do I need to know Linux?
No. Host Luma is designed for customers who do not want to manage Linux, SSH, server packages or command-line hosting work.
Do I need cPanel?
No. You can publish and manage an AI-built website through the Host Luma portal. cPanel is not part of the customer workflow for Host Luma.app publishing.
Can I use Claude Code?
Yes. Build your project with Claude Code, connect it through GitHub, and Host Luma can publish the site for you.
Can I use Codex?
Yes. Codex-generated websites work well with the connected project flow, especially static websites and modern frontend builds.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every project gets a permanent hostluma.app preview URL from the moment it's live, and you can attach one custom domain per project from the portal — verification and HTTPS are handled for you.
Who's behind Host Luma?
Host Luma is a UK-based managed hosting company — we run our own OVH dedicated infrastructure, tune it by hand, and back it up three ways (Backblaze B2 off-site, OVH remote storage, and local snapshots) so a single point of failure never takes a customer's data with it. Host Luma.app is our answer to a gap we kept seeing: AI coding tools are great at building a site and useless at hosting it.
Can I just use a hostluma.app preview URL?
Yes. Every app gets a permanent preview URL such as example.hostluma.app, so you can publish without buying a domain.
Is SSL included?
Yes. SSL is included for preview URLs.
What does fair use mean?
You can publish as often as you reasonably need for normal website updates. Fair use protects the service from abusive automation, excessive build loops or usage that would affect other customers.
Can I host WordPress here?
Host Luma.app is for AI-built static and Git-ready websites. For managed WordPress hosting, use the main Host Luma WordPress hosting service.
What happens if my AI-generated site breaks?
If a build fails, you'll see exactly why in the build log — most AI-generated projects break for the same handful of reasons (missing build command, wrong output folder) and the log will say which. Your last successful deploy stays live while you fix it, so a broken push never takes your site down. Stuck? Message us on WhatsApp or live chat; a person replies, not a bot.
